I know that many of us have vowed to eat better in 2017. Of course I sometimes question what "better" means when I am faced with a big bowl of my Stove Top White Mac and Cheese, or a simple salad.
Decisions....decisions.....
But one thing that I always love is a smoothie. I can always fool myself that I am drinking a milkshake, and that seems to keep my mind happy, and my belly!
