Well, summer is here and my days of loving my tummy warming, calorie-loaded comfort food has left me with a less than bathing suit inviting bod.
Don’t get me wrong, I have no desire to squeeze this rear into a bikini ever again.
Hells to the NO!!
But, I would love to wear my shorts and a tank top. SO, that means that minding my “Ps and Qs”aka pasta, sugar, and all those things winter makes me crave, needs to happen.
The thing of it is, I have plenty of recipes here on the blog that are healthy AND tasty.
