1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. high quality unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp kosher salt
4 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz Whipped Cream flavored vodka
2 mini candy canes, crushed
In a small saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Add in milk and vanilla. Turn on heat to medium-high. Whisk continually until well combined. Heat until warm.
To the prepared hot chocolate, add liquor, and ladle into cups. Top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed candy cane.
Makes 3 to 4 cups
