I cook, I clean, I organize, I schedule, I shop, I plan, and do pretty much everything else under the sun. I is a busy busy girl! But when something breaks, I am at a loss, clueless, out of my comfort zone. I just want it to be fixed so I can get back to my life as usual.
But my fairy Godmother, and little elves, never seem to be around when I need them!

So, let me give you the 411 on how the whole process goes down K?
First you get a phone call to schedule an appointment for a Sears in-home technician to come to your house. You’ll want to schedule this for when you will be home for awhile because the in-home technicians are extremely thorough!
I was adding my washer, dryer, and stove to the package, so Sears made two overlapping appointments. Each technician has their area of expertise, which I love. That means you don’t have someone trying to do everything “OK”. You have a real deal, true expert working on your appliances.
The first technician to arrive was for my washer and dryer. He went right to work opening up the panels and checking everything to make sure it was working properly. Even though they are 10 years old, he said everything looked great. Although he did fill up his shop vac with lint that he vacuumed out of my dryer! YIKES!
Tim was very professional, personable, and seemed to genuinely care that my appliances were in proper working order. He was even nice enough to pose for a photo for me!
Just as Tim was finishing up with my washer and dryer, Daryl showed up to inspect my stove. Since my stove is less than a year old, I didn’t expect him to find any issues, but he said that their was a little issue with my fan. It was very loud, and he said that could mean a few things, so he jumped online and ordered a new one, then scheduled an appointment for next week to have it installed. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
I did pick his brain about the self cleaning aspect of my oven. I have never used it. So he went through step by step instructions.
The whole entire process was very professional, organized, and pleasant.
