Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad (Keto)

This Keto Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad is a great recipe for using up leftover chicken and is the perfect low carb lunch for a busy day. Simple, and full of flavor, this cheesy chicken salad is delicious in a lettuce wrap, on low carb bread, or just eaten with a fork!

  • Place all or the ingredients in a medium or large mixing bowl.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Serve on keto rolls, in low carb tortillas or lettuce wraps, or on it's own in a bowl.
  • Garnish with additional cheese and chopped green onion if wanted.
