Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet Hungarian paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground fennel
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes omit if you want a mild sausage
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 pound ground pork

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the seasonings together in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl, sprinkle the seasoning blend over the ground pork and combine well with your hands.
  • Wrap the sausage in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours.
  • Form into patties or use in recipes in place of store-bought sausage.
