Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and chopped or shredded
  • 1/2 cup keto mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 English cucumber diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • pink salt
  • cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir until completely combined.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
