Keto French Fries

These keto rutabaga French fries are everything you'd want in a French fry minus all the carbs! They're crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and perfect for dipping in your favorite low carb sauces.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 (3 to 5-inch diameter) rutabagas peeled and cut into 1/4-inch "fries"
  • 2 tbsp Avocado or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven to 400 F with the oven rack in the middle. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place a wire baking rack on the sheet pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and toss to combine well.
  • Spread rutabagas on the wire rack on the baking sheet, being sure to not overcrowd.
  • Roast until golden and crispy, about 35 to 45 minutes.
  • Serve with sugar-free ketchup or ranch.
