Keto Cranberry Sauce

This sugar-free cranberry sauce recipe requires just a handful of ingredients and cooks in just 15 minutes. Made with fresh cranberries and no sugar, it is low carb and gluten-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 12- ounce bags of fresh cranberries can sub frozen if necessary
  • Zest of one orange
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups Besti powdered monk fruit with allulose
  • 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and finely chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens - about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve at room temperature or cool and refrigerate.
