Keto Reuben Sliders

This keto Reuben slider recipe is a delicious low carb way to use up that leftover St Patrick's Day corned beef.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds cooked corned beef shredded
  • 2 cups zero carb mayonnaise
  • 4 to 6 tablespoons hot sauce I used Sriracha sauce
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons organic onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Tamari
  • 8 Sola sweet slider buns or homemade
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese slices quartered
  • 2 cups sauerkraut drained

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the mayo, hot sauce, horseradish, onion powder, and Tamari.
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat broiler to high.
  • On a baking sheet, place the bottom buns.
  • Top with shredded corned beef, 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut, and 2 quarters of the sliced cheese. Place in the oven and broil until the cheese melts.
  • Smear the top bun with a good amount of the Russian dressing and place it on top of the melted cheese.
