  • In a mason jar, combine the heavy cream and 1 teaspoon of the lemon juice.
  • Shake and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix together, the heavy cream buttermilk, mayonnaise, sweetener, remaining lemon juice, vinegar, onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the carrot and cabbage and toss to thoroughly coat the cabbage with the dressing.
  • Cover and let chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) before serving.
