Ingredients
  

For the rub

For the honey sauce

  • 1/4 cup keto honey
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

For the chicken

  • 8 bone-in chicken thighs

Instructions
 

  • Heat your grill (or grill pan) to medium- high heat.
  • Season the chicken thighs with the spice rub mixture.
  • Place the chicken thighs on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Brush the chicken with the honey sauce before you turn them, and after, and again after you remove the thighs from the grill.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
