Ingredients
  

  • 2 large avocados pits removed
  • 4 to 6 jalapeno peppers depending on the heat level you want, rib and seeds removed and roughly chopped
  • 1 small white onion chopped
  • 2 large cloves garlic chopped
  • A generous handful of fresh cilantro
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 4 tbsp white vinegar
  • pink salt to taste
  • fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
