Ingredients
  

For the cold brew coffee

For the Irish cream syrup

For the vanilla cold foam

Instructions
 

To make the cold brew coffee

  • Combine the ground coffee and the water in a quart mason jar.
  • Let the coffee steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Strain the coffee using a cheesecloth and a wire mesh strainer.

To make the Irish cream syrup

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetener and the water. Whisk until fully combined. Bring it to a simmer and let it cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract, cocoa powder, and coconut extract.

To make the cold foam

  • In a cold bowl with a cold metal whisk the heavy cream until it just begins to stiffen. Whisk in the vanilla and the sugar.

To make the Irish Cream Cold Brew Coffee

  • Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice. Add in 8 ounces of cold brew coffee and 2 tablespoons (or more to taste) of Irish Cream Syrup.
  • Top with the cold foam.
  • Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
