    • Cocoa Powder - This is the cocoa powder I use for this recipe.
    • Sweetener - I use Besti Monk Fruit and Allulose for this recipe.

    🔪Keto Irish Cream Cold Brew Coffee Instructions

    This is a basic breakdown of the steps involved in making Keto Irish Cream Cold Brew Coffee. You will find the full directions in the recipe card at the bottom of the post.

    Straining the grounds out of the cold brewed coffee into a large measuring cup.

    Combine the ground coffee and the water in a mason jar. Let the coffee steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Strain the coffee using a cheesecloth and a wire mesh strainer.

    In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and the water. Whisk until fully combined. Bring it to a simmer and let it cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract, cocoa powder, and coconut extract.

    Helpful Hint: 💡: For a stronger coffee flavor, use a higher ratio of coffee grounds to water when making the cold brew.

    SUBSTITUTIONS

    • Ground coffee - You can use espresso for a stronger coffee flavor.
    • Heavy Cream - Feel free to use a plant-based whipping cream to make this vegan.
    • Keto Sweetener - This recipe was made using Besti Monk Fruit and Allulose so if you use a different sweetener, please taste and adjust along the way.
