- Sweetener - I use Besti Monk Fruit and Allulose for this recipe.

🔪Keto Irish Cream Cold Brew Coffee Instructions
This is a basic breakdown of the steps involved in making Keto Irish Cream Cold Brew Coffee. You will find the full directions in the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
Combine the ground coffee and the water in a mason jar. Let the coffee steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Strain the coffee using a cheesecloth and a wire mesh strainer.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and the water. Whisk until fully combined. Bring it to a simmer and let it cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
