Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces frozen asparagus
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 white onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno ribs and seeds removed (can omit for lower histamine)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook the asparagus and peas according to package directions.
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until very smooth.
  • Refrigerate until cold.
