Ingredients
  

For the Rosemary Simple Syrup

For the Mimosas (4 glasses)

  • 1 cup pink grapefruit juice chilled
  • 1/4 cup rosemary simple syrup
  • 12 ounces non-alcoholic Prosecco or Champagne, chilled *See Notes
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

Rosemary Simple Syrup

  • Heat the water and sweetener, in a small saucepan, over medium heat until the sweetener dissolves, about 5 minutes. Do not let the mixture boil.
  • Once the sweetener has dissolved, pour the simple syrup into a mason jar or other heat safe container.
  • Add 3 sprigs of rosemary and let steep for at least one hour.
  • The syrup will keep in the refrigerator for ten days.

Mimosas per glass

  • Add 1 tablespoon of rosemary simple syrup to each glass.
  • Pour in 1/4 cup of pink grapefruit juice
  • Top off with 3 ounces of non-alcoholic Prosecco or Champagne
  • Garnish with a rosemary spring
