Easy Keto Cheese Sauce "Cheez Whiz"

This easy keto cheese sauce uses a handful of ingredients and takes just a few minutes to make. The flavor is so incredible you will never go back to that processed cheese again!

  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepot over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and continue to cook for a minute or so.
  • Add the creamed cheese and whisk until it melts into the heavy cream.
  • Stir in the mustard powder, then the grated cheddar cheese. Start with 5 ounces, add the additional ounce if you desire a thicker cheese sauce.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
