Reuben Hot Dogs

These keto Reuben Hot Dogs combine the flavors of a tangy Reuben sandwich with the salty snap of a traditional hot dog. It is a match made in low carb heaven!

  • In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Wrap each hot dog with a slice of pastrami and secure it with toothpicks.
  • Heat the grill to medium-high, and grill until the pastrami begins to crisp, turning every few minutes. About 15 minutes.
  • Remove to a plate and discard the toothpicks
  • Meanwhile place the buns on the grill and toast.
  • Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese on each bun, followed by a pastrami wrapped hot dog. Top with 1/4 cup sauerkraut, and drizzle with Russian dressing.
