  • In a glass or a mason jar, combine the cold brew coffee, vanilla, pumpkin puree, and simple syrup. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
  • Add ice.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it reaches a soft peak consistency. Add pumpkin puree, simple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Continue to whip until well combined and slightly thickened.
  • Pour the pumpkin cream over the cold brew mixture gently. It will naturally float on top, creating a layered effect.
  • Optionally, you can sprinkle some additional pumpkin spice mix on top for extra flavor and presentation.
