  • In a small bowl, combine the mayo, hot sauce, horseradish, onion powder, and Tamari.
  • Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the onion a few minutes, until it begins to soften and turn translucent.
  • Add the chopped corned beef to the skillet.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally until it's heated through and starting to brown.
  • Remove from the heat and fill each tortilla with some of the corned beef, topped with sauerkraut, drizzle with the dressing, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
