  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Stir in the pumpkin puree.
  • Add the eggs, 1 at a time, and stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the bread to completely cool in the loaf pan.
  • Run a knife around the outside of the bread and carefully lift the bread from the loaf pan and place it on a cooling rack or serving tray.
  • In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the frosting until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the pumpkin bread has completely cooled remove it from the pan and frost it.
