    • Pumpkin Puree - Store-bought pumpkin puree usually includes squash other than pumpkin, like butternut, which can give it a higher carb count so I always use my homemade pumpkin puree to keep the carbs as low as possible.
    • Pumpkin Pie Spice - This homemade pumpkin pie spice blend allows you to dial in the flavors to your own tastes and also saves you money.

    For the bread

    • 2 cups Wholesome Yum Superfine Almond Flour
    • 1/4 cup Besti Monk fruit and Allulose Sweetener
    • 1 tbsp gluten-free baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp pink salt
    • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
    • 1 cup pumpkin puree
    • 3 eggs

    For the frosting

    • 1 cup Besti Monk Fruit and Allulose Powdered Sweetener
    • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 2 ounces cream cheese room temperature
    • 1 tsp real vanilla extract

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
    • Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
    • In a large mixing bowl combine the almond flour, sweetener, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
    • Stir in the pumpkin puree.
    • Add the eggs, 1 at a time, and stir to combine.
    • Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
    • Bake for 1 hour.
    • Remove from the oven and allow the bread to completely cool in the loaf pan.
    • Run a knife around the outside of the bread and carefully lift the bread from the loaf pan and place it on a cooling rack or serving tray.
    • In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the frosting until smooth and creamy.
    • Once the pumpkin bread has completely cooled remove it from the pan and frost it.
