  • Add all of the ingredients into a small saucepan.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to simmer.
  • Reduce the heat to very low and let it simmer for 30 to 45 minutes stirring continuously.
  • Remove from the heat and allow it to cool down completely.
  • Once cool, transfer to a glass jar or container and refrigerate.
