  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the ground beef, breaking apart with a meat chopper or spatula, for 5 minutes, until no pink remains.
  • Add the bell pepper and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Stir in chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and water.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until thickened.
  • Adjust sweetener and salt and pepper to taste if desired.
  • Serve on keto burger buns if using.
