- Bell Pepper - Any color is fine or if you like things a little spicy give jalapeno a try.
- Keto Hamburger Buns - You can use these homemade keto buns or give these store bought buns a try.

🔪Keto Sloppy Joes Instructions
This is a basic breakdown of the steps involved in making Keto Sloppy Joes. You will find the full directions in the recipe card at the bottom of the post.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the ground beef, breaking apart with a meat chopper or spatula, for 5 minutes, until no pink remains.
Add the bell pepper and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and water.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until thickened.
Hint: If the sloppy joe mixture is not "saucy" enough you can add a 1/4 cup more water and a 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum. Simmer until it is the thickness you desire.
