Jalapeno Ham Salad (Deviled Ham)

This jalapeno ham salad recipe is my keto version of homemade deviled ham. It is the perfect way to use up any leftover holiday ham you might have.

Instructions
 

  • Place ham and jalapeno in a food processor, and pulse until roughly chopped.
  • Transfer to a large bowl, along with mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, scallions, and onion; stir until combined.
  • Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Add extra juice from the pickled jalapenos if a spicier salad is desired.
  • Chill before serving.
