This was of hard boiling eggs so so uber easy, like stupid easy, so now I make a dozen hard boiled eggs every week.

Takes the stress right out of the equation.
Simply put a cup of water in the bottom of your Instant Pot, place the trivet inside, and load up your eggs.
Cook for 5 minutes on high pressure.
Yup, just 5 minutes.
Although remember, you do have to wait for the pot to come up to pressure so in total this step up to 15 minutes but it is all hands off, no stress ?
Once the 5 minutes is up, allow the Instant Pot 5 minutes of natural pressure release and then do a quick release to remove the remaining pressure in the pot.
Once you get those perfectly boiled eggs out of the Instant Pot, slip them into an ice bath for 5 minutes.
Then they are all done and ready to be peeled and go into your favorite salads, or the fridge so they are waiting for when you want that perfect low-carb nibble.

Deviled Egg Cauliflower Salad
Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
Yield: 12 hard boiled eggs
prep time: 3 Mcook time: 5 Mtotal time: 8 M
Perfect every time, these Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs so simple to make, easy to peel, and the ONLY way I make hard boiled eggs!
ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 12 large eggs
- Ice
instructions:
How to cook Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
- Pour the water into the Instant pot and set the removable trivet inside.
- Place the eggs on the trivet.
- Close the lid, making sure the pressure release valve is set to the sealed position.
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Let the pot slow release for 5 minutes, then release the remaining pressure.
- Fill a bowl with ice water and place the cooked eggs in the bowl for 5 minutes.
NOTES:
Total time from start to finish will be about 25 minutes including the time it takes for the Instant Pot to come to pressure, cook, rest, and chill.
