Perfect every time, these Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs so simple to make, easy to peel, and the ONLY way I make hard boiled eggs!
1 cup water
12 large eggs
How to cook Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
Pour the water into the Instant pot and set the removable trivet inside.
Place the eggs on the trivet.
Close the lid, making sure the pressure release valve is set to the sealed position.
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Let the pot slow release for 5 minutes, then release the remaining pressure.
Fill a bowl with ice water and place the cooked eggs in the bowl for 5 minutes.
Total time from start to finish will be about 25 minutes including the time it takes for the Instant Pot to come to pressure, cook, rest, and chill.
