Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies (Sugar-Free and Gluten-Free)
These low carb keto chocolate chip cookies are sugar-free and gluten-free and a breeze to make! They are sure to satisfy cookie cravings when they pop up without adding any guilt because they have less than 2 net carbs per cookie!
But my mind was made up and I was on a mission to give the Mr what he was craving!
So, I rolled up my sleeves and got to work.
Now, let me backtrack here a bit.
I wanted to come up with a good cookie recipe, but I also wanted to use as few ingredients as possible. I was trying not to grab a bunch of ingredients that required a special trip to the store, or Amazon order to get the job done.
I have seen recipes that call for some specialty ingredients, and I want to give them a try because they have some fabulous reviews, but for this day, and purpose, I wanted a recipe that was easy to make, with ingredients we would all have on hand.
The end result was easy to make cookies that the Mr loved, that didn’t require a ton of ingredients or a special trip to the store or order from Amazon!
