In a slow cooker combine the cheeses, salsa, salt, pepper, and heavy cream. Cook on high for 30 minutes. Stir the mixture until well combined and cook for another 20 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and combined.
Spoon into a bowl (I use this warming bowl) when ready to serve and swirl the salsa verde on top with the chopped cilantro.
