Oh hellooooo and Happy Thursday my darling foodies!
Why am I in such a good mood?
Well, I will tell you. Today I get to babysit the G-baby for the first time!
Wooohoooo Nana and the beastie together for the whole day!
I am so excited, and the time is going soooooo slowwwwww.
I have been up since 4:30 AM and 9:45 seems like a million light years from now *sigh* I know, patience, patience. I am not so good at patience. I am the one that wants to give everyone their Christmas presents early because I can't wait to see their face when they open it. My kids always knew they would get to open at least one gift early.
Kevin was a bit pouty because I get time with K-Ray before he does.
He has become quite the doting Poppa, and when Kylee is around he wants her in his arms ASAP!
I give him a hard time about it, but it really is adorable. I love seeing the softer side she brings out in him.
You know our guys want to be rough and tough, but they really are big ol' marshmallows inside!
OK, enough Nana time right? I will stifle myself and get on with the reason you are here - this delicious dip!
I have been obsessing over a cute little cafe that is right on the water by our house.
I love going there in the AM, before it gets too hot, to sit outside with a cup of coffee and their amazing Smoked Salmon Bagel.
It is cream cheese, with thin sliced red onions, fresh dill, smoked salmon, and capers, all on top of a thinly sliced everything bagel. H E A V E N!
So that was what made this dip happen at home. I wanted all of that awesomeness in a portable bite-sized package.
I grabbed the everything bagel chips, and WALA I can take a bite, do some work, take a bite, do some work.....take 10 more bites.....what work...oops!
Now I just have to figure out how to get that water view from my living room!
