Can you believe that it is almost the 4th of July?
Half of this year is gone already and I am still over here telling myself I need to hang my 2019 calendar in my office!
That might be partly because the time is flying, or because I notoriously procrastinate, OR because Mini Me moved back home and all of the stuff that was in her room had to get pushed into my office so I literally have a pathway through my office to my desk with a sea of boxes (that I still haven’t unpacked since we moved 2 years ago) all around!
Ummmm, let’s go with time flies, shall we?

When I started eating low carb last June I really thought desserts were a thing of the past.
I mean sweet = carbs right?
So sweets are a no-no!
Ohhhh I was SO wrong.
That was a game changer folks!!
I don’t know why I call it a dip.
I mean yes, I have used it with keto shortbread cookies, which is OhhEmmGeee YUM!
But, I think my fave is either slathered on keto pancakes OR just eating it with a spoon.
Ya, the spoon wins!
So, I knew that this year I wanted to get together a few sweet treats for our BBQ party fun. Because every BBQ needs some sweet right?
