HOW TO STORE ALFREDO SAUCE
CAN I FREEZE ALFREDO SAUCE?
- Freeze in an airtight container. I use a ziplock bag, lay it on its side, and squeeze all of the air out.
- Remove from the freezer and place it in the fridge at least 24 hours before you plan to use it.
- Reheat using the technique outlined above.
- Make sure to label the container with the date. I wouldn't keep sauce more than a month in the freezer.
TRY KETO ALFREDO SAUCE ON
- Chicken crust or fathead dough pizza
- Spaghetti squash
- Zucchini noodles
- Broccoli florets
- Grilled or roasted squash of all kinds (I buy bags of the frozen mixed squash).
