I know when you think about eating healthy or dieting, donuts are not something that comes to mind.
In fact, we have been taught to believe that they are a no-no that we should swear off forever!
But I for one have never been the kind that plays by the rules and I want to know who wrote that rulebook, to begin with.
They obviously did not have these keto chai donuts in mind because these donuts are sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free, BUT so full of flavor you would never guess that they are a perfectly fine and healthy treat.
With only 156 calories per donut and 4 net carbs, there is absolutely no reason to deny yourself one of these sweet treats.
They are the perfect way to start a fall day or as a start to your Christmas morning.
As a matter of fact, I say grab two, you deserve it!
