I know when you think about eating healthy or dieting, donuts are not something that comes to mind.

In fact, we have been taught to believe that they are a no-no that we should swear off forever!

But I for one have never been the kind that plays by the rules and I want to know who wrote that rulebook, to begin with.

They obviously did not have these keto chai donuts in mind because these donuts are sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free, BUT so full of flavor you would never guess that they are a perfectly fine and healthy treat.

With only 156 calories per donut and 4 net carbs, there is absolutely no reason to deny yourself one of these sweet treats.

They are the perfect way to start a fall day or as a start to your Christmas morning.

As a matter of fact, I say grab two, you deserve it!

You can store them in an airtight container on the counter for 2 to 3 days or in the fridge for a week. You can also freeze these donuts for up to 3 months.

Last thoughts about Keto Chai Donuts

These donuts have become my new fall/winter/holiday BFF!

They are everything you could ever want from a sweet baked treat.

Tender, full of flavor, and perfect for dipping in coffee or tea.

They are 100% perfection in my mind. But you don't have to take my word for it, my granddaughter said that she loves them too.

Which,f I am being totally honest with you, shocked the crap out of me.

    She is 7!

When did she go from downing Kinder Eggs to a pallet that enjoys a chai-spiced donut???

I have no idea, but it makes me happy and I can't wait to test out more low carb sweet treats on her!
