💭My Recipe Tips
1. Perfect Cauliflower Rice: Don't overcook the cauliflower rice. It should be golden brown but still have some texture - this prevents mushiness.
2. Crispy Success: Let corned beef develop a crust before stirring. The crispy edges make all the difference in texture.
3. Egg Technique: Make wells deep enough to hold eggs. Cover pan to help whites set while keeping yolks runny.
4. Seasoning Strateg:y Taste before adding salt - corned beef is already salty, so adjust accordingly.
5. Pan Choice: Cast iron skillet works best for developing a crispy texture and maintaining heat.
FAQ about Keto Corned Beef Hash
Yes, though fresh or leftover corned beef provides better texture. If using canned, drain well and break up into chunks.
Make deep wells, reduce heat, and cover the pan. Check after 3-4 minutes for set whites and runny yolks.
A cast iron skillet is ideal for proper browning and heat retention. Any heavy-bottomed skillet will work, though.
