    I know were are entering the season of hoodies, UGG boots, and pumpkin spice lattes, but I couldn't let summer go by without sharing one of my all-time favorites.
     
    This Keto Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt.
     
    Before I went low carb I was an ice cream addict!
     
    Like I could eat it every day addicted, 
     
    it was that bad.
     
    After I started, I learned that berries were my new sweet addiction and began eating my weight in them, especially this Low Carb Mixed Berry Salad.
     
    Once I really got into the swing of livin' la vida low carb I realized that I could combine two of my favorites into one tasty treat.
     
    To make this Keto Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt I took a recipe I already had for Easy No Churn Peach Frozen Yogurt and adapted it to keep my tummy, and the low carb Gods, happy.
     
    It couldn't be easier, with only a handful of ingredients, and no churning involved, you could have a delicious low carb dessert for the whole family in just a few hours!

    HOW TO MAKE KETO MIXED BERRY FROZEN YOGURT

    STEP 1
     
    Add the frozen berries, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla, to the bowl of a food processor. Process until no chunks remain, be patient it takes a while.
     
    STEP 2
     
    Place in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 hours, or until the desired consistency is achieved.
     
    STEP 3
     
    Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
     
    STEP 4
     
    Serve with fresh berries, mint, or sugar-free whipped cream.

    This Keto Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt recipe is super easy.
     
    Just blend everything up, place it n a freezer-safe dish, and let your freezer do the work but, you can also freeze it into popsicles if you would like a single-serve, grab-and-go, kind of treat.
     
    It can be a bit tricky to get the yogurt mix into popsicle forms, depending on the brand you use. I use these that I purchased on Amazon and they are pretty easy but one way to make it a little less messy is to put the yogurt mixture into a ziplock bag and snip one of the corners off. Then you can slowly squeeze the yogurt into the forms, tapping on the counter to get any air bubbles out as you go.

    When it comes to how to serve this I have been all over the map.
     
    Everything from popsicles, blending it with some coconut milk to make a smoothie, dishing it up topped with real whipped cream and some mint, or even topping some sweet chaffles with it and some added fresh berries and a dusting of powdered erythritol.
     
    I have also been known to just grab the container and a spoon and go to town.
     
    Yup, that's how I roll when a sweet tooth hits me!

      Is the Greek yogurt plain fat free? Like Fage 0 % or just plain full fat?
