I have had a Salisbury Steak recipe on the blog for years now and adapted it to keto a while ago, but for some reason, I never put it on the blog.
Call it a senior moment I guess. I honestly thought I had posted it!
Once I realized that I hadn't gotten it on here for you I knew I needed to ASAP.
This is another one of the recipes I make that the entire family, low carb or not, loves and those are the kind of recipes I really love to bring to you.
I get so many emails from people telling me how hard it is to stay keto when the rest of their family isn't, and I get it. My daughter-in-law is kinda keto. More of an on again off again keto. But nobody else is even remotely interested in living la vida low carb with me. I think they all have visions of having to eat wacky food if they are "low carb" but that isn't true, and my goal is to prove that to them by making yummy keto recipes that, if I didn't tell them, they would never know are lacking in the carb department.
When I can get a thumbs up from the Mr, or my daughter, woohoooo I am on cloud 9!
That also lets me know that I can bring it to y'all and tell you that your family will love it too.
I mean, if it can make it through the Complainer and Miss Picky Pants, we have struck keto gold, my friends!
This is one of those recipes.
I made it and served it up and was met by no talking, just forks clanking on plates and lots of mmmmmmm.
Oh, and no leftovers.
Cue my happy foodie dance!
Serve this up with my Roasted Garlic Mashed Cauliflower and/or Cheesy Bacon Ranch Brussels Sprouts.
