I know some people are not down with the everything bagel seasoning craze. They say it is overrated, like avocado toast, cauliflower pizza, and zoodles.
But, everything bagel seasoning really brings that sumthin' sumthin' to chicken tenders.
I admit that chicken tenders are not the snazziest of foods, but I now have 3 grandkids, 2 of which would eat chicken tenders every night of the week if you let them (the other one is only 1 month old so....).
Nana and Papa need something to make those tenders a bit more ummmm fulfilling?
Enter everything bagel seasoning!
I had originally bought my seasoning on Amazon to make low carb bagels at home. It was a buy one get one for free so I had this stuff sitting in my cupboard staring at me. I figured there was more out there to use it on instead of just the occasional bagel so I did some searching and came across a recipe for chicken tenders on Recipe Runner. It wasn't low carb but I had the ingredients I needed to convert it so into my kitchen I went.
When I came out with these tasty little treats even the hubby was impressed! He actually said, "I didn't think you could make me want to eat chicken tenders" ?
So take it from me, everyone will love these tenders!!
