- Lightly oil the top and bottom of the waffle iron or coat with coconut oil nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the keto flour, brown sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and pink salt.
- In a large glass measuring cup or another mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir together using a rubber spatula just until moist. The mixture will be slightly lumpy.
