Now, don’t get me wrong, I love him to bits, but let’s just say cooking isn’t his strong suit. Left to his own devices, he’d grill if possible, and if not, he’d turn to burgers, pizza, and all sorts of non-keto meal ideas. Bless his heart! 💕
I knew that if I wanted to stick to my low-carb lifestyle, I needed to come up with some super easy recipes – think minimal ingredients, short prep time, and as few dishes as possible. So, I put my noggin to work and devised a month’s worth of easy-to-make recipes that wouldn’t make him complain too much and would keep me on track with my keto diet.
